Experience the essence of Sawan, the monsoon season. Served alongside crispy bhajiya on crumbled newspaper, this cocktail evokes the traditional monsoon ambiance. Ingredients

  • Camikara Rum 45 ml
  • Spiced Ginger and Tamarind syrup 30 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice 20 ml
  • Mint Spring 6-7
  • Garnish Bhajiya on crumpled newspaper
  • Glassware Martini

Steps

  1. Add the rum, spiced ginger, tamarind syrup and a bit of fresh lime juice into a shaker and shake well until chilled.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and add some mint leaves on top.
  3. Garnish with bhajiya on crumbled newspaper.
