Sandhya

Inspired by the serene beauty of the evening twilight, Sandhya is a TIKI cocktail that captures the essence of that magical time when day transitions into night. This rum based delight blends the rich warmth of rum matured in oak barrels with the exotic sweetness of pineapple juice, while Falernum, an almond-infused liqueur, adds a layer of spiced complexity.

Ingredients

  • Camikara 45 ml
  • Falernum 30 ml
  • Lime Juice 20 ml
  • Pineapple Juice 45 ml
  • Angostura Bitters 2 Dashes
  • Garnish Pineapple Slice
  • Glassware Tiki Glass

Steps

  1. Add the rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and the falernum into a shaker filled with ice and shake well until chilled.
  2. Strain into a tiki glass.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
