Winter in Solan

Inspired by gooseberries from Solan Valley in Himachal Pradesh. This refreshing rum based drink features tangy gooseberry liqueur, enhanced with a touch of coriander leaf for added freshness. The unique flavors of the gooseberries beautifully complement the rich, smooth notes of Camikara 3 Year Aged Rum, creating a harmonious blend that highlights the rum’s depth while evoking the cool, invigorating essence of Solan’s winter.

Ingredients

  • Camikara 3YO 45 ml
  • Gooseberry Liqueur 45 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice 15 ml
  • Soda ---
  • Garnish Imli Candy and Coriander Stick
  • Glassware High Stem Goblet

Steps

  1. Add the rum, gooseberry liqueur, fresh lime juice into a high stemmed goblet filled with ice.
  2. Top it up with soda.
  3. Garnish with an imli candy and coriander stick.
